Refund policy

Conditions of our return policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If it has exceeded 30 days since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

-Personalised items

-Clearance items

-Gift cards

-Worn or washed clothing or accessories of any type, including socks, tights, beanies and headbands etc.  

 

RETURN OPTIONS

We always recommend sizing up to avoid sizing issues however we know your little ones grow fast so if your order doesn’t fit, you’ve change your mind or aren’t satisfied with your purchase you can return your order.

RETURN- To start a return, you can contact us at parkermaycostore@gmail.com. Please note that customers are responsible for the return fee of the items.  

Provide the following:

-Order number

-Reason for return


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that the original shipping fee is not reimbursed on returns. 

EXCHANGE- the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to submit a return for your items as per the instructions above and then make a new purchase for the item you wished for or size you needed. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

 

Faulty or incorrect product 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are truely sorry for the inconvenience. 

Please provide proof of purchase, images or videos and details of the issues with the item within 30 days of delivery via email to parkermaycostore@gmail.com to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement and advise if the item needs to be returned. If the item needs to be returned we will provide a return label.

If you are approved for a refund a credit will be applied to your original payment method, this should clear within 2-5 business days.


Return to sender/not collected parcels

Please ensure you monitor your tracking for updates. 

If your parcel is not collected in time and is returned to sender this will incur a re-shipping fee of $11.95 and will not be eligible for a refund.

Please also ensure the correct address is entered when ordering as any customer input errors that result in the parcel going to the wrong address will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Order cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations , please return the items as mentioned above once received.
